My son's trampoline frame has started dangerously breaking within 2 years. The frame has a 3 year warranty. Customer service was rude and borderline illiterate, and refused to replace anything but the broken part. Which would be fine if the construction process didn't make it effectively impossible to replace the parts.

If you value a long lasting product, good customer service, and a meaningful warranty, avoid Skywalker Trampolines.

They had a good variety of trampolines, and it was easy to compare the different sizes. I liked that they had a few shapes too, not just the standard round ones. It took me a little while to decide, but that was probably more on me because I kept second-guessing what would fit best in our yard. Overall, I was happy with the options.

I was able to place my order in the end, so that part was fine, but the whole site felt clunky. Pages were loading slowly for me, and it just felt like no one really pays attention to how frustrating that can be when you’re trying to check out

I emailed customer service twice about a missing part, and a week later I still haven’t heard anything back. It’s frustrating because I’m not asking for anything complicated, just a basic response about something that should’ve been included...

We got a Skywalker trampoline last summer the kids were obsessed with it right away. Like, every day after school they’d be out there jumping, which was great. But the durability has been kind of a letdown. The padding started cracking after just a few months, and now some of the stitching on the net is coming loose too, which makes me a little nervous even though it still technically works. I don’t know, I just expected it to last longer for the price. Maybe if it’s only used once in a while it’d be fine, but with regular kid use, it seems to wear out faster than I hoped.

Shipping was a day late, which was a bit annoying. But the box looked fine. No damage or anything. I was able to start setting it up right away.

It took Me a little while to get through, but the instructions were clear enough that I figured it out without too much trouble...

I was able to find the replacement net quickly, which was great since it’s for an older trampoline. Shipping took longer than I expected, though, and I felt a bit misled about how soon it would arrive. Still, I’m glad they had the part available

The trampoline itself is great and the kids were definitely excited to get it set up. The box was missing a few bolts, which was a little annoying, but customer support got them sent out quickly. Once everything was together, it’s been a lot of fun.

The ladder has been helpful so far, but the cover feels a little cheap around the edges. Overall, it’s okay, just not amazing.

Not gonna lie, the trampoline itself seems decent, but the weight limit was disappointing for our family. I really wish I had looked at the capacity more closely before buying it. It’s not a total dealbreaker, but I’m definitely not super happy with it.

For what it cost, I just don’t really trust it. I wish I had gone with something heavier or more solid, more like the ones you see at... well, just something that doesn’t make me nervous every time they jump...

Every jump came with these loud squeaks and clanks, and our neighbors actually complained. We tried tightening everything up, hoping it was just something loose, but it still sounded awful. it got annoying fast.

The product itself was fine, no real complaints there, but trying to return it was way more of a pain than I expected. Replies took awhile and the refund felt like it dragged on forever. I had to keep following up, which got annoying. Not the worst company or anything, but I probly wouldn’t order from them again.

The trampoline is decent overall, but it definitely seems more suited for older kids. My 4-year-old still has a good time on it, but I feel like I need to keep a really close eye the whole time. Setup wasn’t bad at all, I just think the suggested age range feels a little off

It’s a decent trampoline overall, and the kids have been having fun with it. I just feel like for the price, the quality could’ve been a bit better… not terrible by any means, but I was expecting it to feel a little sturdier.

Then they asked me for stuff I had already sent, so it felt like nobody was actually reading the messages. They did eventually agree to send a replacement part, so I’ll give them that. Still, the whole process dragged on way longer than it should have, especially for what this costs. The trampoline itself isn’t bad, but the warranty support was disappointing.
